Submission to the Inquiry into the capability of law enforcement to respond to cybercrime

The Independent National Security Legislation Monitor, Jake Blight, has made a submission to the inquiry by the Parliamentary Joint Committee on Law Enforcement into the capability of law enforcement to respond to cybercrime. The Monitor’s submission comments on aspects of the inquiry that relate to the independent review of the Surveillance Legislation Amendment (Identify and Disrupt) Act 2021 (Cth) (SLAID Act).
