Post sentence orders
On 3 March 2023, the INSLM (Mr Grant Donaldson SC) completed his statutory report into Division 105A (and related provisions) of the Criminal Code Act 1995 (Cth). This was tabled in Parliament on 30 March 2023.
Public hearings associated with this review were held in Canberra on 22 June 2022, 23 June 2022 and 21 November 2022.
Government response
The government’s response to the Monitor's report of this review was tabled in Parliament by the Attorney-General on 12 August 2026. The response is available on the Australian Parliament House website.
